Steps of the Udon-Making Experience

Our artisan will take care of the initial mixing to ensure the perfect consistency.

Knead the dough until the flour no longer crumbles.

Roll out the dough using your hands and the rolling pin.

This makes it easier to cut into even noodles.

Cutting the noodles
*Children of elementary school age and younger will use a wooden knife for safety. We kindly ask that parents or guardians assist them during this step.

Gently shake the noodles to remove any extra flour.
